XP Pro Continues to reboot on startup incl. in safe mode

Would appreciate some help - have a P4 PC running XP
professional - it was OK, now continues to cycle/reboot on
startup. Jumping in and running in safe mode does
stabilse and problem continues. I have a few things i can
try - but all drastic - does anyone know how i can see
whats going on/or fix???

You can run Event Viewer under Administrative Tools to see what might be
causing your reboot.
