I have a system that I am setting upi for a Raid 5 configuration.
All three drives are the same model and manufacturer. WD 40 gigs SATA.
The Hardware is a HP DC7800. I have installed XP pro onto the hard drive Disk0
Thne i have re-connected the additional HD's as Sata1 and Sata2.
I am attempting to do the software hack, the dmadmin.exe, dmboot.sys, and
dmconfig.dll, to accomplish the RAID configuration.

I have the two additional drives "unallocated" and convert them to Dynamic.
C Drive which is NTFS, is also converted Dynamic. Layout is Simple.

When I try and go to "New Volume" and "Raid 5" the two hard drives are
listed as full size. 37.25 gigs, the C drive is listed as only 7 MB and
adding the additional two is causing the Mirror ro be limited to 7 MB.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
Thanks;

Why RAID 5,it has its advantages but those usually fall into a server
network,
with 5,data is written to all 3 hds,that takes time,RAID 0 for
performance,RAID 1
for its safety feature.Either way,why not reformat the 3 hds by booting to
xp cd,
press F6 if needed, press r for recovery console at xp cd menu screen, press
enter for password, type:DiskPart,in DiskPart, delete all the
partitions,create one,
press ESC when thru,type:EXIT Enter BIOS,set for RAID,save & exit,the RAID
configuration utility should now show, create a set, once thru, boot to xp
cd,press F6
after,install xp,delete partition,create,let xp format & install auto...For
