How to Reinstall or Repair Internet Explorer and Outlook
Express in Windows XP
| It was an upgrade from Windows 98. I have done this on
| two seperate computers and have only had this issue on one
| of them. The message that I am receiving from OE6 when
| the address book is trying to open is that the address
| book may not be installed correctly.
