XP Password Window

I recently purchased a new pc + xp pro. I need to access
a website. It uses a form typr password - no username.
The new pc has a popup window asking for usernam and
password all the time

THERE IS NO USERNAME!!!!!!!
JUST A PASSWORD

How do I disable the popup window asking for the UN + PW ?

can't you just leave the username field blank, or put "anonymous" in it?

oh, and is this an HTTP or FTP site?

It is a http site, the script is perl and is written to
open the url without a username because it is server
specific to each site.

the URL is http://www.3-2-1.ws/cgi-bin/admin/admin.pl

it is an auction website and it is the admin pannel to
the site. Thus not requiring a username
