The flexibility of both XP nnd Outlook 2003 is fascinating. A hell of a change since when I strated on my then new "portable" Osborne. Now you can really make the software "yours."

PROBLEM: Just recently my "Outlook Today" ("OT") refused accepting customization. While I know the customization options are narrower here than in other parts of Outlook 2003, when I check on "Customizae Outlook Today . . ." on the OT screen and select "Summer" and then "Save Changes" I get "Summer." But the moment I leave, it reverts to default on my return. Funny thing, when I get back in to cstomize, it shows the style as "Summer." Please note: You know the little white box with the red "x" inside that you sometimes get when you don't get an image or graphioc on the web? I've got two (2) in the OT customization screen. One in styles and one near the top at the very left of the Customize Outlook Today bar right under the bar reading "Personal Folders -- Outlook Today Options."

If this isn't up anyone's alley, I'd really appreciate a point in the right direction. It's not a major issue, but when you got 99.9% of what you want, that last .1% gets you the most frustrated

Thank you

I really like Outlook 2003 too. You'll want to ask questions about this
product in the Outlook newsgroups. If you click on Help in Outlook, you'll
see "Microsoft Office Online." Select that option to bring up the main page
of the Office support pages on Microsoft's site. Towards the very bottom is
a link to the Office newsgroups. Or use this link to get there:
