My XP will not boot. I am getting an error message that
says something along the lines of, "Entry point not
found...Logon user interface failed...replace
DLL...Contact you network administrator..." Very
frustrating. Anyone have any Idea of what this is and
more importantly how to fix it?

Are you able to start Windows in safe mode or Command prompt mode?

If you are able to boot in safe mode or command prompt mode, try what Harry
said. DougKnox fix helps you by resetting the GINADLL in registry which
causes the logonui problem.
