I somehow recently updated my remote desktop connection software to
whichever is the last version available online. Unfortunately since
then I have not been able to connect to my Windows 2000 Terminal
Server. I use VPN to initiate a secure connection and then connect to
the server using remote desktop connection. How do I uninstall the
latest version to re-install an old version? I feel this may be the
only solution. Anyone else has had similar problems/experience?

Thanks!

Hi
You need uninstall and get older version. new one is only for Vista and
Longhorn server.

Thanks for your response. How exactly do I uninstall it? One of the
problems of the new version is that it does not allow me to enter a
domain.

Jazzy is incorrect.
You can use the new client to connect to Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 2003, 2003
R2, x64, Longhorn and likely more....

For the domain issue, just put your username in as:

DOMAIN\username
PASSWORD

That's it.

Is that the reason you have *not been able to connect*?
