Just got a new Dell Laptop work great

Getting error in my event log

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7023
Date: 5/3/2006
Time: 2:28:19 PM
User: N/A
Computer: TGKW003
Description:
The IPSEC Services service terminated with the following error:
The attempted operation is not supported for the type of object referenced.

Any Ideas on why?

Any Ideas on why?

How is the laptop being connected to the Internet? Quite
possibly the internet connection does not use IP Security.
Disable it in IP Security options under Options in Advanced
TCP/IP Settings for TCP/IP under Local Area Connection
properties.
