This is my network setup :
3 computers running Windows XP Pro
2 - Desktop computer
1 - Laptop
All 3 have Admin accounts
Networked with Linksys BEFW11S4 Wireless Access Point
Router.

All 3 can connect to the internet fine.

1 desktop and the laptop are networked and can share
printer and file.

I cannot get the 2nd desktop to connect at all.

All 3 computers are configure the same with the same
workgroup and different computer names.

The laptop and 1st computer can view the other computer
in My Network Places, but cannot access the computer.

The non-connection desktop cannot view any computers on
the workgroup. I get the following message :

[Workgroup] is not accessible. You may not have
permission to use this network resource.

I have already read this article, it didnt help

Anyone know what the problem is?

Make sure that XP's Internet Connection Firewall is disabled on all
computers:

Windows XP Internet Connection Firewall
http://www.practicallynetworked.com/sharing/xp/ic_firewall.htm

Run "ipconfig /all" on the non-connecting computer and look at the
"Node Type" at the beginning of the output. If it says
"Peer-to-Peer", run the registry editor, open this key:

HLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netbt\Parameters

and delete these values if they're present:

NodeType
DhcpNodeType

Reboot, then try network access again.

If that doesn't fix it, open that registry key again, create a DWORD
value called "NodeType", and set it to 1 for "Broadcast" or 4 for
"Mixed".

For details, see the section on "NodeType" in this Microsoft Knowledge
Base article:

TCP/IP and NBT Configuration Parameters for Windows XP
