Occasionaly when I start up Outlook Express (6) it takes
almost two minutes for it to open. The"Blue" OE screen
just looks at ya, during this time when I request an
Cntl,Alt,Delete it does not even show up as running or
not. It always eventually starts up and there seems to
have no effect what is or is not running in the
background.
