Every time I try to deleted a .doc file or jpg file, windows makes a copy of
it. When I delete this file it makes copy(2). How do I stop this and get rid
of the file completely. I thought the problem was in the Norton protected
recycle bin but it happens when I turn it off. HELP

Hi,

This often happens when a user does a right click/delete, as they
accidentally drag the icon or file a slight bit which creates a copy.
Instead, left click once on the file and use the <delete> button on the
keyboard.
