XP machines kicked off domain randomly

Hi, I have a issue with one office with windows 2000 server and they have an
issue with all the xp machines get kicked off more than once a day, and all i
have to go buy is a "USERENV" error message about the computer or user not
being able to be autheticated or verified in the event manager. If anyone
has any ideas to what might be causing this or how to resolve it please let
me know. The 98 machines have no problems with being kicked off.
 
there is a utility from MS called UserProfile Hive Cleanup that clears up
those messages, in some cases.......
