XP logging me off

I'm running SP2 and I recently installed a Microsoft Wireless Desktop:
Comfort Edition on my machine. Ever since then, windows automatically logs
me off if the computer sits idle for about a minute. This doesnt happen if I
hook up my regular keyboard again. I can't find any settings that relate to
this. My power management is set to Always On with the monitor turning off
after 20 minutes. I have updated all drivers and no change. I have also
tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software that came with the keyboard
and mouse. I booted in safe mode and everything is fine but when I do a
clean boot, I get the same problem again. If I let the system sit at the
login screen after it has logged me out, it keeps trying to log me out about
once every minute. My desktop will appear and then it will quickly go back
to the welcome screen. I'm getting frusterated and I'm out of ideas. Does
anybody have any suggestions?

Check for new drivers at the Windows update site, they won't be critical so
won't be downloaded automatically. Else look here:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.aspx?displaylang=en

There you should be able to see if there's updated software to make your
hardware SP2 complient.
