XP lock ups

I am running XP Pro and the screens lock up frequently.
IS this a RAM problem...I'm running with 512, or a CE
problem? This occurs with Internet Explorer scroll bar
and applications prograns.

It might be a Ram problem. Does it just lock up with no Error messages? Try
Memtest.
