XP Lite?

Googled this after seeing a reference to it somewhere. Only info I could
get was that it was only released in poorer countries at the equivalent of
about £23.
Anyone know anything about it?
Is it in English and will it work here in UK?

It's remarkably restricted AFAIK....
you'd be far better off with Ubuntu..... (but then you know that, don't
you?)
