Slow startup
This has been happening for a long time and even after formating I had the
same result. When XP starts some programs are loaded then the computer
freezes as if its trying to start something... it stalles a few minutes and
then the rest of the programs (startup programs I mean) start. There is
something that stalls XP.
ITs not spyware, its not some strange program in the startup.
To me it seems like it has to do with some service or perhaps something to
do with the network cards because when I go to the network connections while
XP is stalling I do not see any connections in there... after the stall they
emerge.
I read someware that this may happen when I have to IP address on a NIC
card. Is this the situation?
Thanks
