XP Installation file

For some reason I am unable to use Word or Excel as the message "Installation
file SKU011 is missing" I have been using Microsoft Office 3 for years
without any trouble and have not changed anything on my computer which I
think would have caused this problem. I have also tried to restore the
program from the original disk but this message keeps appearing.Any help
would be appreciated

When you try to start a Microsoft Office 2003 program for the first time,
you receive the "Installation Error: File not Found" error message
