installed. i do not understqnd french; is there an

No, you have to buy the full english version, format the drive, and install

You have two choices: Either purchase and install an English
operating system, or learn to read French.

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS
to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of
English WinXP to perform a clean installation.
