I have ICS running on one of my XP Pro boxes so two other XP Pro boxes (one a wired desktop with a
static IP and the other a wireless laptop with a DHCP assigned IP) and an iPAQ 3835 PocketPC
(wireless with a DHCP assigned IP) can access the internet. All of that works fine. No problems.
The question is why the "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts.ics" file on the XP Pro box that is
running ICS does *NOT* list any clients other than the listing for the ICS interface, ie. the
192.168.0.1 address? I thought that file would be automatically updated whenever a DHCP client comes
online and is assigned an IP address?
Hmmm...
