XP ICS and win 2k

I have a SOHO with XP and 2k. I'm able to create an ICS
on my slow computer - that allows the XP computer to
access the internet via IE.

However, after setting up ICS on xp - I am not able to get
to the internet from the 2k system.

I also noticed that ICS goes away on the XP system after
the dialup is disconnected. I would have figured that
once configured this way - the next time connected - it
would still be set to ICS - but it is not.
