XP home version sending faxes from Word

I have been unable to transfer a Word document, or Outlook
e-mail with attached document, or a Works doc. to the
internal fax device in XP (Presario 5010). I have printed
the WIN directions but the PC doesn't seem to have the
answers to such commands as:"Set fax mail transport".

Have you tried opening the document, then FILE|PRINT --- and choosing the
Fax print driver. To to that click the arrow to the right of the box,
then click on FAX.

Works fine here with WORD and XP's FAX utility, which can be installed via
Control Panel|ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS|WINDOWS COMPONENTS|FAX SERVICE. Have
the XP disc in the drive.
