XP Home Update problem

I just re-installed my XP OS and installed my Roxio CD
burner software. Roxio worked fine. I then went in and
downloaded all the Windows Updates to get current software
updates. Now my Roxio Software will not start. It gave
me an hourglass for about a split second then nothing
happened. I have tried the shortcuts and going directly
to the .exe to run it to avail. I had re-loaded XP
because of this and thought it was XP SP1 but i loaded
that first and tried Roxio and it worked fine so i went on
with the other updates. ANY SUGGESTIONS???
 
Think you have to upgrade your version of Roxio to work on XP. Have a
look at the Roxio website.

He HAS a version of Roxio that works on XP.

Yes. he did. He's effectively upgraded windows by installing updates.
Therefore there is a very good possibility that Roxio needs updating.
There is an update available on the Roxio site. Whether his version is
that updated one or not, the crystal ball didn't tell me. The other
option is to un-install updates one by one until he finds the one that
stops Roxio working.
