For Win XP Home on a NetBeui peer LAN, how does the administrator give
guests permission to access peers and their nominated shared folders?

The administrator nominated the folders and has mapped a drive letter to
them. It works fine for him.

The guests can print to the shared printer without problems.

When the guests try to browse the nominated folder they are told they do
not have permission to access that peer.

I am half way there. I have ascertained that peers should run the
command net use z: \\peername\sharedfoldername.

The sharing peer should run net user guest active:yes.

I should put these in a startup folder so that they will run
automatically when XP boots. What is the name of that folder, where
will I find it and which application should I use to edit it?

Having created the shared folder from within safe mode for networking,
and saved a few test files to it, I cannot delete them after negating
all the attributes. I cannot delete the folder either. Any suggestions
here?
