Buy it. You can't download it. Best Buy, Circuit City, Staples, etc will be
glad to take your money.

Okay......

Windows XP Home is an OPERATING SYSTEM.

2003 Office Small Business Edition is an Office Suite that would run ON
Windows XP Home.

You would go BUY the product which you wish to install on your computer and
install it per the instructions that come with the product. You are not
"upgrading" Windows XP Home Edition to Office 2003.. Two different
products..

You could go buy an upgrade for Windows XP Home to Windows XP Professional.
You could go buy an upgrade for Office XP to Office 2003.

You can't *upgrade* from Windows XP to 2003 Office Small business
edition. Windows XP is your operating system, and 2003 Office
Small business edition is a suite of applications. Application
programs run *within* the operating system, they don't replace
it.

If you want Microsoft Office, you need to buy it. It's not
available for download on a web site. The Office version called
Small Business Edition is normally available only as an OEM
version, shipped with new computers; whether you can buy that
particular version, I'm not sure, but the regular versions are
widely available for sale, in stores and on the internet.
