XP Home - Help and Support no longer works

XP(SP1) Home with all security updates
After running Spybot and removing what I think are innocuous registry
entries it identified such as MRU's, History files etc, I can no longer
access Help and Support from the Start Menu or from Windows Explorer -
Help - Help and Support Center. I reversed the deleted registry entries with
Spybot Recovery but this did not resolve the problem.
I checked Kelly's XP Corner and did a Goggle search to look for a fix with
no luck.

Any suggestions other than a fresh install (I can live without Help and
Support)?
