xp home --- fine vs coarse grainedness of control of security

I can't find a quick answer to this one on ms.com --- could someone just
tell me if, with XP-Home, you're stuck with the two, out-of-the-box
account-types Admin and Limited?
Is there a way to have more fine-grained control of XP-Homes' account types?
