Since we got the new computer with XP last fall we've had
a few problems with our family set-up.
We have 2 admin accounts and 1 kid account.
When hubby set up my account/login he used my full name,
and I changed it to my nickname on the login screen and
now I appear to have two logins, one with the full name
and one with the nickname.
When ever we open a word or excel document, we get an
alarm "there is already one of these open, do you want to
make a copy". We've been clicking on no or cancel for
almost a year but there has to be something we can fix.
I'm thinking I'm going to have to learn about setting all
this up but am afraid of having to wipe everything clean
and start all over.
Is there anyway to fix these split personalities without
reformatting the harddrive and starting all over?
