Hi All
I have one windows XP professional machine at work and one windows XP home
edition (basic) at work. Can I remote into the home edition machine from my
professional edition one? if so is there software that needs to be
downloaded onto the home one for it to work?

thanks All

Windows XP Home Edition does not natively support Remote Desktop. It does
support Remote Assistance - but that does you no good unless someone is
there to accept the request and then they can see everything you do.

My suggestion for those with Windows XP Home Edition is to utilize UltraVNC.

Great thank Shenan
