I want to upgrade from XP Home edition to Office Edition
of XP, What software do i need to puurchase?

1) Windows XP Home Edition is an operating system
2) Microsoft Office is an application suite, which runs within Windows.
3) It is not possible to upgrade an operating system by adding an
application suite. To upgrade XP Home Edition, you would have to upgrade it
to Windows XP Professional.

You can buy a version of Microsoft Office, and install it on Windows XP Home
Edition. See this site about purchasing editions of Microsoft Office System
