XP home edition back-up

My computer came with XP Home pre-installed. Is there any way to access the following? { In Windows Explorer, double-click the ValueAdd folder, then Msft, and then Ntbackup. Double-click Ntbackup.msi to install the Backup utility.} I can not find the ValueAdd folder in Explorer although I have changed folder views to see hidden folders and system info. Thanks.
