After installing over Win 98, upon startup I get error: WNASPI32.dll did not load. Is this really necessary and how to correct? Thanks

I'd repost in microsoft.public.windowsxp.setup_deployment.

I don't know your answer. There are versions of this file for XP--if you
Google, Nero has one for download. However, you should probably post what
software you have--probably CD burning software--to get a good answer on
this one. Did you run the compatibility report before upgrading? Some
software needs to be removed before an upgrade, and either reinstalled
afterwards (Adobe Reader is in this category) or have a new version (for XP)
installed after an upgrade.
