If I have a computer, with Windows Home Edition preloaded and do not have
the original CD, can I use someone else's original Home Edition CD to add in
Ntbackup.msi ?

Yes. It can be found in the VALUEADD\MSFT\NTBACKUP folder on the installation
CD.

HOW TO: Install Backup from the CD-ROM in Windows XP Home Edition

You can also download the file from this web site.

Installing the Backup Program on the Home Version

Direct download of ntbackup.msi.
http://home.comcast.net/~cerelli/ntbackup.msi

On a side note, Ntbackup is a handy program to backup selected data files. If
you're looking to backup your entire system you should consider an imaging
program such as Acronis True Image or Norton Ghost.

Good luck
