XP Home Adminstrator log in error

when i installed my version of home i left the Admin pass
blank. but know when i go to the welcome screen and press
alt+ctrl+del twice and type Administrator for the user i
get some weird user type restrictions error???

That's normal. The "Administrator" username can be used only in safe mode.
