1. Please don't type in all capital letters. Here on Usenet (where you are
posting whether you realize it or not), typing in all caps is considered
shouting and rude. It also makes your post very hard to read and you want
to make it easy for people to help you. I'm not saying this to hurt your
feelings but rather to help you get the tech support you want.
2. You haven't provided enough information to get focused help. At the very
least you should give the make/model of the printer, the exact text of the
error message (no paraphrasing), and the version of XP and Service Pack
