After sorting out horrendous stability issues arising from Upgrade over Win98 I have encountered new issues.

I installed XP with a clean boot, partitioning and formatting my drives as part of the XP installation. Formated 2 partitions as ntfs leaving one as fat32.

All ok until I install Norton Internet Security. Blue screens return during Live update of virus definitions.

These errors indicate:

1. Problem with win32.sys;
2. ntfs.sys stop error 0x024;and
3. MEMORY_MANAGEMENT problem

All 3 occurred at the same time as a"system error" was logged with the title "IPNATHLP"

I have spent 2 weeks trying to get XP to stabilise. Can anyone help?
