XP Crash and Restart

Over the last couple of days, my computer has
periodically crashed and restarted on its own. Twice,
during the reboot, it automatically restarted again
without me doing anything. The only message I receive is
a link to a Microsoft page saying there is a problem with
an unknown driver. I've tried running Norton Antivirus,
but no viruses are found. Is there anything else I can
try? Thanks.

Have you just installed a new program or hardware? If so
try to get to the developer's website and download their
most recent drivers. Sometimes drivers are updated between
the time that the software/hardware is shipped and the time
that the buyer installs the product.
