We have 1 2K server on our network that I can't connect
to. I get a message stating that I may not have
permissions and that the request is not supported. We
have set the LAN Manager authentication level to "Send LM
$ NTLM - Use NTLMv2 Session Security if Negotiated".
I was originally able to connect to this server but there
were problems with the pc and I had to rebuild it. Now
we can't connect.
There is nothing being entered in the Event Logs on the
2K server to help out with this issue.
I can ping the box but that is all. I CAN connect to the
server from my 2K workstation so it is not a permission
issue with my account.
Has anyone had an issue like this? I can connect to all
other 2K and NT boxes on the network.
