XP Computer Won't Shut Down Automatically

Moscoe Johnson, Jr.

My XP Professional machine will not cut off automatically. When I select to
shut it down, I get a screen that says "It is safe to turn off your
computer". Anyone have any answers how to resolve this problem.?
