xp compatible driver???

Hi there ....I'm trying to find out how I download a windows-xp compatible driver for a dial up modem??? I use cable to hook up to the Internet however I'm trying to set up a phone answering system through my computer and it works through my phone line....

Go to Google and type in the name and model of the modem along with xp
driver. Jym
