My system clock has a mind of its own. It will keep the
correct time for a few days, then it will be one hour off.
I correct it, it is ok for a few days, then it's an hour
off again. I had no problem with Windows 95 and Me clocks,
but the XP clock is wacky. Does anybody have this problem?
Can anything be done about it?

Joel

It could be the CMOS battery on your motherboard. You could also check the
Data and Time Properties in the Control Panel and see if you are using the
time server. If you are try Turing that off and see if it helps. You could
be having problems communicating with one of those servers.

It could be that your computer clock is synchronising with internet time
automatically once a week based on an incorrect time zone setting.
The details of your post show that your computer is set for Pacific time,
that is 8 hours after GMT. If your local time should be GMT -8 hours then
the problem is lies elsewhere.
Right click your computer clock and check that your local time is set to the
correct time zone and that the weekly internet time correction is enabled.

got the same problem here, switched subscribers on control panel, we'll see
how that works
