Xpander

Hi!

Sorry if this has already been dealt with before, but if i'm installing
a game over multiple cd's, after it is finished installing I get an
error message saying something like "Wrong volume - please insert disk
1". Have I got something set up wrong or is this a known bug? Just
gets a bit annoying having to change disks after install.

Thanks in advance

Hi Xpander,

What happens when you insert the CD?

It is now normal for games to verify that you have the
original CD in your possession before launching, for the
obvious reasons.

Hi there,

When I insert the cd it solves the problem. Its just annoying say for
example GTA Vice city, where one disc is the install disc and one is the
play disc, having to take out cd2 after install, insert cd1 to get rid
of that message, then again have to swap the discs to play the game.

Thanks
