Xp- can't browse ,dsn server error every attempt

Can't browse the web. E Mail works . Every time I try
to open a web page, DSN server error server not found
comes up???? Computer runs at normal speed and connects to
dial up modem ok. Just can't use the internet- Help

Hi Greg

Are you using DHCP for your DNS servers, or setting them manually. if you are using Win9x or ME go to the Start Button and select Run, then type WINIPCFG and hit the Enter key. You should see your DNS settings there.

If you are running NT, 2000 or XP Start/Run/CMD {Enter}, then type IPCONFIG /ALL and see what it reports.

Your could try Primary of 203.10.1.17 Secondary of 203.10.1.9 and see what happens. These servers belong to WestNet in Australia, but will accept DNS requests from anywhere.
