XP cannot auto-install audio controller & PCI modem

I don't know what make or model these are but I thought
XP has enough drivers for everything. How do I get the
sound out and modem to work. Thanks.

What exactly are you doing and seing?
Are the modem & "audio controller" one PCI card?
