xp box repeatedly reboots when started up

my xp box repeatedly reboots when it is stared up...it
flashes a blue screen with a message but it flashes to
fast for me to see what the message is...does anyone have
a fix for my problem.

Can you enter safe mode (tap F8 every second or so at boot)? If so, Start >
Right click My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Click settings under
'Start-up and Recovery' > uncheck 'always restart on failure'. This will
allow you to see the contents of the blue screen.
