XP BCM Error Message at startup

When I start Win XP before I can enter my password to log on I get the
following message and don't know why.
= SQL Server could not find the specified name instance (MICROSOFTBCM) -
please specify the name of an existing instance on the invocation of
sqlserver.exe

If you believe that your installation is corrupt or has been tampered with,
uninstall then re-run setup to corrct this problem.

My question is what is this refering to and how can I fix this to stop this
message from appearing ?

I would appreciate any help

Hi

Go to add /remove program uninstall BCM once this is done navigate to
C:\Program files\MicrosoftSQL server rename the same to MicrosoftSQL
serverold and do a reinstall BCM refer the below link for more info
