XP appearance

Dear Sirs,

I cannot activate the Luna theme (default on windows XP).
Specifically, when I go PROPERTIES->APPEARANCE on the "
Windows and butons " sub-menu only the "Windows classic
style" is appeared, even if the LUNA theme (WINDOWS XP) is
selected. Moreover the Taskbar has a conventional
appearance of Windows classic - no smoothed egdes, no blue
color e.t.c. Could you please help?
