When I type an email and then click on "send" in Outlook Express, it goes to
the "Outbox" as it should. However, if I find that I need to add something
to that email before sending it and try to make the changes while it's in
the "Outbox", I have problems. I am able to save the changes, but when I
click on "Send and Receive", all messages in the Outbox are sent except the
one in which I made the changes. I end up copying the text, deleting the
message from the Outbox and then pasting it into a new message. How do I
deal with this?

Thanks
Barry

Right click on the message header and Move to Folder>Inbox. Make the
changes there, then send it back to the outbox.
