xp and netscape

I must use netscape 4.51 in my business. Just in last week netscape won't load. instead I get a feedback agent messag
to send info to microsoft or don't send. When I click send, the computer locks up. When I click don't send , Netscape shuts down
I have tried to uninstall netscape and reload it many times. something in XP is doing it. How can I disable feedback agent or
get my browser back?

4.51?! You're seriously out of date - I don't know for certain, but I'd
hazard a guess that it's not compatible with XP. I suggest you visit
Netscape's website and download the latest.
