XP and ME network trouble.

How do you set up a network with XP and ME? They seem to
be incompatable because shared resources are not
displayed in either MY NETWORK PLACES. I have a wireless
connection that is worling fine, just that file sharing
does not sem to work.

PLEASE HELP
