Hello folks,

Under which registry key the ICS DHCP scope is kept in XP? I need to change
the network addressing on the 192.168.x.x instead of the default
192.168.0.1. Is there even a way to do this in XP? AFIK it can be done in
Win98/2K.

Thanks,
Brian.

AFAIK, ICS will not work correctly if you change the required network IP
range. There is no place to change the default and I don't think you
could ever do this. Certainly you could always change the IP range in
the usual way, but it never was supported for ICS to have anything but
192.168.0.x. Consider getting a router instead.
